Tax Specialist Bookkeeper

ServiTax Bookkeeping & Insurance LLC, a reputable accounting firm located in Charlotte, NC, is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong bookkeeping and tax-related skills. This is an in-person, full-time position with an hourly pay range of $16 - $18, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain financial records for clients

· Prepare and process tax-related documents

· Reconcile accounts and manage general ledger

· Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions

· Provide accurate financial reports

· Assist clients with general inquiries and bookkeeping support

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations

Requirements:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST as a large percentage of clients only speak Spanish

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role

· Customer Service skills

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax preparation

· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software

· Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong communication skills

Pay: $22.34 - $23.78 per hour
