Tax Staff

• Calculate all corporate tax liabilities (VAT and income taxes) and perform regular reconciliations between tax data and general ledger financial statements.
• Manage tax invoice issuance via e-Faktur, verify incoming tax invoices, and accurately issue withholding tax certificates.
• Prepare and report monthly tax returns and assist in compiling data for annual corporate and individual tax returns in compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain organized tax documentation, prepare supporting data for tax audits, and assist with official tax correspondence or inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in taxation (fresh tax graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and official tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Filing, Coretax).
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Tax Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, honest, comfortable working with deadlines, and strong numerical skills.
