Tax Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation (minimum GPA of 3.00).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Tax Staff position.
• Possession of Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Proficient in using official tax applications (CORETAX), including e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Bupot, and the CORETAX portal.
• Familiar with Accounting/ERP software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions for data reconciliation).
• Understanding of VAT regulations, Income Tax (PPh) Articles 21/23/26/4(2)/22, as well as Corporate Income Tax fundamentals and current Ministry of Finance (PMK) tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English (passive or active) is an added advantage.
• Willing to relocate working area if needed ( Central Java & West Java )

Responsibilities:

• Issue Output Tax Invoices and input Input Tax Invoices via the e-Faktur system.
• Process and calculate Income Tax (PPh) withholdings/collections (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), etc.) and issue Withholding Tax Slips (e-Bupot).
• Perform periodic monthly tax data reconciliation (VAT & Income Tax).
• Prepare and submit periodic tax returns (SPT Masa for VAT & Income Tax) on time, in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) and documentation for tax audits or examinations.
