Kualifikasi :
- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau lulusan baru (S1/D3) jurusan Akuntansi, Keuangan, Perpajakan, atau bidang terkait.
- Memahami dasar-dasar regulasi perpajakan dan konsep akuntansi umum.
- Mahir menggunakan MS Office (khususnya MS Excel) untuk operasional harian, serta familiar dengan dasar software perpajakan.
- Memiliki pengalaman organisasi, kepemimpinan, atau proyek kampus terkait perpajakan.
- Memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi dan cermat terhadap detail data.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi (fast learner).
- Memiliki sikap kooperatif, proaktif, dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Mampu mengelola waktu dengan baik dan terbiasa bekerja dengan tenggat waktu (under pressure).
