Tax Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Tax Unit team and ensure effective team performance.
• Oversee the Bank’s tax compliance, calculation, payment, and reporting, including PPh and PPN.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits and tax authority matters.
• Ensure timely implementation of tax regulations, reporting obligations, and internal tax procedures.
• Review and improve tax-related SOPs and processes across the Bank.
• Provide tax guidance and updates to relevant business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in taxation, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
