Tax Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of tax professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular reviews of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information necessary for accurate tax reporting and planning.
• Develop training programs to educate staff on complex tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in corporate taxation or related field (e.g., accounting).
• Strong knowledge of salt (State & Local Tax) principles and procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance) from an accredited college/university
• Minimum 4 years of experience in US tax.
• Familiarity with researching state tax laws and regulations
• Strong communication and writing skills
• US tax compliance experience/background required
