Tax Supervisor

About the role

Qinfa is looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor to manage tax compliance and reporting for our subsidiaries and support tax matters related to the coal mining business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and monitor monthly and annual tax reporting for subsidiaries
• Prepare and review tax calculations, reconciliations, and Corporate Income Tax working papers
• Calculate and verify coal royalty/PNBP payments and related tax implications
• Handle and assist with tax audits and SP2DK
• Review intercompany and related-party transactions, including tax implications and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing and reviewing Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc)
• Coordinate with external tax consultants on tax and transfer pricing matters
• Assist with intercompany billing and tax planning
• Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and ensure tax compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of tax experience
• Experience in a tax consulting firm is preferred
• Experience in the coal mining industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 26, VAT, and Coretax
• Experience in monthly tax reporting and Corporate Income Tax
• Good understanding of coal royalty/PNBP calculations
• Familiar with related-party transactions and Transfer Pricing regulations
• Experience with tax audits/SP2DK and TP Documentation is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
