What they need
- Local Tax Compliance: Oversee the monthly/quarterly computation, filing, and payment of all local taxes, including CIT, 12% VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), Final Withholding Tax (FWT), and Percentage Tax, ensuring strict compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
- Import & Customs Tax Management: Manage the calculation of import duties and Import VAT. Facilitate the application of applicable tax incentives and exemptions.
- Invoicing & Tax Compliance Review: Supervise the compliance of Official Receipts (OR) and Sales Invoices (SI) issuance. Ensure alignment between front-end business data and the financial system to mitigate tax risks.
- ERP Tax Module Management: Maintain tax master data within the Yonyou ERP system. Ensure accurate tax configurations across procurement, sales, and expense reimbursement modules to achieve business-finance-tax integration.
- External Liaison & Audit Handling: Act as the primary point of contact with the BIR, Bureau of Customs (BOC), and external tax advisors. Handle tax audits, assessments, and tax refund claims.
