Tax Supervisor

• Lead and manage the tax team in preparing corporate income tax calculations, returns, and compliance filings to ensure high accuracy and operational rigor

• Proactively assess, identify, and mitigate tax risks across business initiatives and daily operations

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize company tax costs while ensuring full compliance with prevailing tax regulations

• Oversee tax audits, including responses, supporting working papers, and direct engagements with tax authorities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and Head Office to provide structured tax advisory and solutions for new business projects

• Identify and execute opportunities to streamline and continuously improve internal tax procedures and operational SOPs

• Guide, mentor, and develop team members, building strong functional capability and driving overall team effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Has 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in tax or finance functions
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial capacity within a tax division
• Prior experience working at a consulting firm or professional accounting firm
• Prior in-house tax experience in e-commerce, digital business, or fast-paced corporate environments
• Extensive hands-on experience handling tax audits and communicating with tax authorities
• In-depth practical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
• Holds USKP A certification or higher
