Tax Support Supervisor

Position Description The role is responsible for authorizing tax payments via CIB, serving as a backup authorizer for daily ITT and OTT transactions, and dealing with special customer requirements.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY ‍

• Handle authorized tax payment via Corporate Internet Banking (CIB).
• Act as backup authorizer for daily ITT and OTT transactions.
• Manage preparing and reviewing the daily currency exchange rate.
• Respond on daily & monthly ITRS reports to NBC.
• Monitor daily transaction activities and ensure proper completion, reconciliation, and filing of operational documents.
• Support the handling of special or priority customers and their transaction requirements.
• Ensure customer requests are handled professionally while maintaining compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Review tax payment information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree/master's in Banking and Finance/Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Bank operation, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of bank transactions and bank operations.
• Leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Good in English language (Chinese is a plus).
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skill, Honesty Attitude, High Commitment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solving.
