Responsibilities

• Safely operate a taxi cab to transport passengers efficiently and comfortably to their destinations.
• Greet passengers warmly, assist with boarding, and ensure their comfort throughout the ride.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and handle fare payments with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle to ensure a professional appearance.
• Plan optimal routes using GPS or local knowledge to minimize travel time and avoid delays.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Manage time effectively to maximize daily trips and meet passenger expectations consistently.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in driving, preferably in a commercial or passenger transportation setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
• Strong time management skills to coordinate pickups and drop-offs efficiently.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and navigation tools is preferred.
• Physical ability to assist passengers with luggage or mobility needs when necessary.
