We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Private Hire Driver to join our growing team. A company-provided vehicle is included, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent service to our customers.

About the Role

As a Private Hire Driver at Golden Executive, you will be responsible for transporting customers safely, comfortably, and punctually to their destinations. You will provide a professional service to both local customers and business travellers, representing Golden Executive to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely transporting passengers to their destinations while complying with all road traffic laws and licensing requirements.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every passenger.
• Accepting and managing bookings efficiently, planning suitable routes, and ensuring punctual arrivals.
• Assisting passengers with luggage and entering or exiting the vehicle when required.
• Handling payments and electronic bookings accurately and professionally.
• Keeping the company-provided vehicle clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks and promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
• Maintaining accurate journey records and following company procedures.
• Communicating professionally with customers and the office team.
• Representing Golden Executive positively and helping build long-term customer relationships.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A full, valid UK driving licence and a good driving record.
• A valid Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) private hire driver's licence.
• Or a valid Transport for London (TfL) PCO badge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, courteous, and reliable attitude.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in busy traffic and challenging situations.
• Good knowledge of local roads and the ability to use GPS and navigation systems confidently.
• A commitment to vehicle cleanliness, passenger safety, and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on business requirements.

Previous experience in taxi driving, private hire, chauffeur services, or customer-facing roles would be an advantage.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
