TB Operations Excellence

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Operational Readiness & Control Management:

• Facilitate operational preparedness for system migrations and bank administration updates by conducting process reviews and assessing business and operational impacts.
• Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and internal control documents to reflect process and system changes.
• Ensure migration activities and administrative changes adhere to operational risk policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inspections related to migrations and reference data.
• Conduct post-migration assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned to strengthen operational efficiency.

2. Product Onboarding & Bank Administration:

• Manage bank-level and product-level configurations within Transaction Banking platforms, including banking channels, liquidity management, and virtual account services.
• Configure and maintain product parameters under the maker-checker control framework, covering bank identifiers, branches, business units, and operational entities.
• Establish product eligibility criteria and enable relevant services for specific banks, customer segments, or business units.
• Maintain accurate bank reference data, ensuring alignment with approved business processes and governance standards.
• Implement administrative updates arising from organizational changes, new product launches, regulatory developments, and system enhancements.
• Ensure all configurations and modifications are properly documented, traceable, and compliant with audit requirements and segregation-of-duties controls.

3. Migration Execution & Support:

• Coordinate and support client, product, and platform migration initiatives within Transaction Banking as part of the Global e-Channels programme.
• Facilitate the transition from legacy systems to strategic banking platforms, including data migration, product migration, and product rationalization activities.
• Validate migration configurations, data mappings, and readiness requirements in collaboration with Technology and Client Enablement teams.
• Perform migration data checks, reconciliation, and issue analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency following migration.
• Support the preparation and execution of migration cutover plans, contingency arrangements, fallback procedures, and post-migration stabilization activities.
• Monitor migration-related issues, coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders, and ensure smooth transition to the new operating environment.
