TCF Digital Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Manufacturing & Process Engineering

Develop and implement digital solutions for automotive manufacturing processes.

Map existing production workflows and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.

Integrate production equipment, PLCs, sensors, and manufacturing systems.

Support digital transformation initiatives across shop-floor operations.

Develop real-time dashboards for production monitoring and process control.

• Process Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor process parameters, cycle time, takt time, throughput, and line efficiency.

Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and quality deviations.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Optimize process settings to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing costs.

Support root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis.

• Industry 4.0 & Data Analytics

Collect and analyze manufacturing data from machines and production systems.

Develop dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar visualization tools.

Support integration between MES, SCADA, PLC, ERP, and other manufacturing applications.

Implement predictive monitoring and data-driven process improvements.

Improve production traceability and digital reporting.
