TCM Technical Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the overall TCM technical and service standards of the centre

• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor TCM practitioners and therapy staff

• Develop and standardise TCM treatment protocols, service procedures, and technical guidelines

• Conduct regular training and coaching to improve staff's technical knowledge, consultation skills, and service quality

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable TCM treatments, wellness programmes, and related products

• Support the team in improving consultation conversion, treatment package sales, repeat customer rates, and customer retention

• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching to achieve sales targets

• Handle complex customer cases, service feedback, and technical or customer-related issues professionally

• Work closely with the management team to develop new TCM services, treatment programmes, and promotional strategies

• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations, professional standards, and internal operating procedures

• Assist management in achieving the centre's technical, customer satisfaction, sales, and business targets

About you

• Relevant local working experience in Singapore is preferred
• Proven experience as a TCM practitioner, senior TCM physician, TCM supervisor, technical manager, or similar senior role
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in TCM diagnosis, treatment, and wellness services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a technical team
• Excellent communication and customer consultation skills
• Strong sales and business development mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and convert consultations into appropriate treatment programmes or packages
• Proven experience in achieving or supporting sales targets and customer retention
• Responsible, proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of the Singapore TCM, wellness, and health services market
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English to serve both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking clients
• Management or technical experience in TCM clinics, wellness centres, health centres, beauty and wellness businesses, or similar industries will be an advantage
• Experience in customer relationship management, package sales, staff training, or business development is highly preferred
