TCMS-Senior Control Engineer

Role: TCMS Senior Control Engineer

• Purpose of the Job: Perform control engineering activities for several functions from architecture to detailed specification, interface and Logical Diagram for Metro & EMU applications in rolling stock industry.

Responsibilities:

• For the specific functions formulating a Low voltage and SW control design solution that fulfils the specified customer and standard requirements
• Deliver all TCIS Engineering outputs including Functional Design Description FDD with Human machine interfaces, Electrical Schemes and Electrical Products definition (with the support of Electrical Lead Engineer), in compliance with the Engineering Quality Cost Delay commitments.
• Deliver Interface Control Document (ICD) for sub system participating in its function.
• Treatment of Change Request (CR) related to its function.
• Support Supplier interface test or TCIS verification tests on PC or TCMS Test Bench
• Provide support during train integration/validation, as needed.

Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role:

• 6-10 years of experience in TCIS Rolling stock industry
• Rolling stock functional engineer experiences on several functions
• Experience in electrical and schematic design activity.
• Hands-on experience in design & development of TCMS functions for Metro/EMU trains.
• Knowledge of network topologies and interfaces for Serial, Ethernet, MVB and other industrial communication network.

Education

• BTech or MTech – Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or equivalentRole & responsibilities
