Job Description

The Associate - Procurement Operations will support sourcing and procurement activities by managing the PR to PO process, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, handling procurement-related transactions, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The role requires strong procurement knowledge, stakeholder management capabilities, and expertise in SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) conversion process.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities in accordance with business requirements.
• Manage contracts and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and maintain supplier records.
• Participate in vendor negotiations and supplier engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle procurement requests and resolve stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in daily operational activities.
• Prepare and publish reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records as per process guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
• Handle confidential business information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Support continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
