Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MDM Analyst to support and enhance Master Data Management processes within the Supply Chain function.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing, validation, deduplication, and enrichment activities for material master data.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to resolve master data issues.
• Undertake supply planning master data changes in conjunction with planning teams.
• Improve raw material ordering potential through Purchase Info Record (PIR) classification into Complex, Stable, and Replenishment categories.
• Derive raw material ordering classes to reduce volatility in purchasing frequency and quantity.
• Improve the quality and consistency of SAP planning parameters and exception alerts.
• Develop, monitor, and report data quality metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve BOM and Supply Planning data quality issues.
• Analyze excessive planner exceptions and determine root causes to drive data improvements.
• Reduce duplicate and erroneous requests through effective master data governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality maintenance and process efficiency.
