Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and back end).
• Need to have strong knowledge in performing baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data for environment gaps.
• Able to provide a roadmap to constantly improve the overall Digital Experience Score.
• Able to create custom dashboards, investigations, alerts, and monitor trends.
• Creation of custom remote actions must use Nexthink PowerShell scripting standards.
• Sound knowledge in PowerShell script with error handling for creating custom remote actions in Nexthink.
• Sound knowledge in troubleshooting Windows operating system issues and basic in MAC OS.
