Expert-level Datadog administration (APM, Logs, RUM, Synthetics, Infrastructure, Dashboards, SLO); enterprise observability implementation across 1500+ servers; ServiceNow integration, automation, REST APIs and self-healing; strong Infrastructure, Middleware, Database, Cloud and Network monitoring knowledge; Splunk administration and observability governance experience.

Nagios, Aternity, SysTrack, Nexthink, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Moogsoft, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Kubernetes, FinOps and AIOps experience.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Design and implement enterprise observability platform for 1500+ servers covering infrastructure, middleware, databases, cloud and applications.

Lead Datadog onboarding, standards, architecture, governance and platform strategy.

Integrate Datadog with ServiceNow and ITSM platforms for automated incident creation, enrichment and remediation.

Design self-healing workflows and automation to reduce tickets, MTTR and business impact.

Implement logs, metrics, traces, RUM, synthetics and service-mapping for business critical services.

Create executive, operational and business observability dashboards and KPI reporting.

Administer and integrate Splunk, Datadog and other observability tools to provide unified visibility.

Support DEX platforms, Nagios and similar tools while driving monitoring standardization.

Provide SME leadership, documentation, governance, troubleshooting and mentoring to operations teams.
