Job Description:

Core PL/SQL Skills:

• Strong experience (6+ years) in Oracle PL/SQL development

• Expertise in Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Materialized Views

• Strong understanding of Advanced PL/SQL concepts (Collections, Records, Analytical functions, Bulk operations)

• Experience in Exception handling and debugging techniques

• Strong expertise in complex SQL query optimization

• Experience in performance tuning using EXPLAIN PLAN and related utilities

• Experience handling large volume data processing

AI-Enabled Backend Engineering Skills (Must-Have):

• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot / AWS Kiro / Gemini / Claude)

• Experience using AI for procedure generation, refactoring, and documentation

• Experience in reverse engineering legacy PL/SQL code using AI tools

• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent integration mechanisms to connect AI agents with databases

• Experience using AI tools for performance tuning recommendations and optimization

• Understanding of AI adoption across SDLC phases
