Precise Eligibility Criteria

• 12+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise PPM platform:

• Planview

• Clarity PPM

• ServiceNow PPM

• Oracle Primavera PPM

• Microsoft Project Online / Project Server

• Experience in end-to-end implementation, solutioning, architecture, and support.

• Strong expertise in:

• Portfolio Management

• Project Management

• Resource Management

• Demand Management

• Capacity Planning

• Financial Management

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Experience defining governance frameworks, workflows, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

• Experience integrating PPM solutions with ERP, HRMS, Finance, and enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Middleware integrations.

• Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and leadership skills.

• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, proposal development, and mentoring teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of Resource Management, Demand Management, Time Management concepts within an IT environment.
