Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultancy services for UK payroll processing using SAP HCM.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Implement payroll processes from scratch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct audits and reviews of existing payroll systems to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in UK Payroll Processing or related field (SAP HCM).
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of Integration concepts between different modules within an ERP system like SAP HCM.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting Payroll Issues using various tools such as Payroll PCR.
