TD Process Integration Expert

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the team in process technology R&D and determine the development direction.

2. Organize and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, working with product design, device, and process departments to establish a feasible roadmap for yield improvement and performance enhancement.

3. Drive new process introduction, leading end-to-end R&D from a process integration perspective.

Job Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above in Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry; experience in process integration, process development, or product engineering is preferred.

3. Ability to comprehend complex problems, derive and explain actions taken to resolve them, and drive team execution.

4. Strong teamwork, data processing, communication, and reporting skills.
