In Malaysia since 2019, CHAGEE focuses on connecting people through a good cup of tea while preserving traditional tea culture with fresh dairy and real tea leaves. Currently, CHAGEE operates over 150 outlets across Malaysia.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a motivated Tea Barista at CHAGEE Malaysia outlets located in Klang Valley. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for preparing tea beverages, maintaining cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of CHAGEE customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• SPM holders & above
• Able to work for minimum 6 months
• Typhoid Injection before report to work (claimable after 6 months)
• Experience candidates and fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Experience is an advantage though not essential as training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Salary & Benefits:

• Will need to undergo probation (around 3-6months)
• Salary up to RM 3000 after probation

Working Hours:

• 6 days work, 1 hour lunch
