Tea Barista [Full time] - Continental Shopping Centre

About the Role

YOTEA is a fresh fruit tea shop located in Richmond, BC. We are hiring Full-Time Team Members to support daily store operations, including customer service, drink preparation, fruit prep, cleaning, stocking, and teamwork.

This role is suitable for someone who is responsible, efficient, detail-oriented, and willing to follow SOPs in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Shift hours

• Afternoon shift: 11:00 AM/ 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM
• Night shift: 5:30 PM to Close (approx. 12 AM)

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare fruit teas, milk teas, pure teas, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes and SOPs
• Provide friendly customer service, take orders, and answer basic menu questions
• Keep work areas, equipment, and the store clean, organized, and food-safe
• Restock cups, fruit, toppings, tea, packaging, and other supplies during shifts
• Support opening, closing, cleaning, and shift handover tasks
• Work closely with teammates, Shift Leads, and Managers during regular and busy service hours

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must be available for full-time, long-term work
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous bubble tea, café, restaurant, or food service experience is an asset, but not required
• English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

主要工作内容

• 按照公司配方和 SOP 制作果茶、奶茶、纯茶、配料及相关原料
• 提供友善、专业的顾客服务，协助点单并回答基础菜单问题
• 保持工作区域、设备和门店环境干净、整洁、符合食品安全要求
• 班中及时补充杯子、水果、配料、茶底、包装等物料
• 协助开店、收店、清洁、垃圾整理和交接班工作
• 配合领班和管理人员安排，在高峰期支援不同岗位

岗位要求

• 必须具备在加拿大合法工作的资格
• 可长期全职工作
• 可配合轮班，包括工作日、周末及公众假期
• 有责任感、守时，愿意按照标准和指示完成工作
• 能长时间站立，并适应较快节奏的餐饮工作环境
• 有奶茶店、咖啡店、餐厅或食品服务经验者优先，但不是必须
• 需要基础英文沟通能力；会普通话或粤语更佳
