Tea Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea drinks to spa guests, following our recipes and standards.
• Take tea orders from spa customers and make sure each order is correct and delivered on time.
• Suggest and sell tea products to existing spa customers to help meet daily sales goals.
• Keep the tea counter clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Encode, track, and ensure accuracy of tea orders in the system.
• Learn tea recipes, service steps, and quality standards during training.
• Work closely with other spa staff so guests have a smooth, relaxing experience.

Qualifications:

• No prior tea-making experience needed
• Have a prior customer facing barista experience.
• A friendly attitude and a genuine interest in good customer service.
• Comfortable talking to guests and suggesting products (light selling).
• Able to handle basic cash handling and simple math.

Work Arrangement

• 2 days off per week

• Fixed Mid Shift Schedule

• On site and Full time position
