In this role, you will support adolescents in a structured residential treatment and school environment while helping them grow academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.

Support instruction and accommodations related to IEP and 504 goals.

Assist with implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision.

Help students develop positive social, emotional, communication, and coping skills.

Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to help de-escalate challenging situations.

Maintain a structured, safe, organized, and supportive classroom.

Promote positive behaviors through encouragement, consistency, and collaborative problem-solving.

Supervise students during classroom activities, meals, transitions, and other scheduled activities.

Work closely with teachers, clinicians, case managers, residential staff, and other members of the treatment team.

Document academic progress, behavioral concerns, incidents, and daily activities as required.

Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.

Follow all facility safety, emergency, and crisis-intervention procedures.
