We are looking to hire Teacher Assistants in our Infant, Toddler, Two Year Old, Preschool and PreK classrooms.

Duties

• Assist classroom teachers with implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and social skills.
• Manage classroom behavior by applying positive behavior interventions and supporting classroom management techniques to promote a respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and adapt lesson plans, classroom activities, and behavior plans that support student success.
• Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting early childhood development activities such as toddler care or preschool routines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in early childhood education settings or special education classrooms.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members, parents, and specialists.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
