If you are a fun, outgoing, intelligent person who likes working with kids, this might be the job for you! We are a science-based program operating in Brooklyn. You will help create an atmosphere where kids can learn science concepts through exciting, hands-on activities while still having a fantastic time with their friends and teachers - and staying safe!

Your daily job responsibilities include

• assisting with walking children safely One of our locations to the park and back.
• Post-lesson cleanup/set up, sanitizing, and organizing.
• assisting children with science experiments
• assisting teachers with lesson execution

Hours:

You must be available at least 4 days each week during after-school hours, 2pm-6:30pm. Must be available Monday through Thursday This job is in person and has potential for growth for candidates with additional skills that help grow the business.

You must:

• Have experience working with elementary-age children.

• Be highly reliable with a positive attitude and an interest in education/science.

• Be a great multi-tasker who is adaptable to change.

• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

• Be excellent at communication and a team player.

• Be punctual, responsible, friendly, well-spoken, creative, a hard worker, and have a GREAT sense of humor!

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Working with kids: 1 year (Required)
