Teacher Assistant

KinderHearts Preschool is looking for a caring, responsible, and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, warm, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans, teaching materials, and simple assessments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, warm, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe, document, and support each child’s learning and development.
• Guide and supervise assistant teachers in carrying out daily duties.
• Maintain good classroom discipline, routines, and procedures.
• Participate in school activities, celebrations, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Principal/School Director.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Candidates with prior experience in early childhood education are preferred.
• Passionate about working with children, patient, and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Willing to participate in school activities and training when required.
