Teacher Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. In this role, you will provide essential support to classroom teachers and help create a nurturing, inclusive environment for older infant's needs.

Duties

• Assist classroom teachers with feeding diapering and nurturing with the infants.
• Help create a safe and supportive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior support strategies tailored to infants.
• Collaborate closely with , speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support strategies for infant's.
• Provide hands-on childcare for young infant settings, including infant and toddler care that promote childhood development.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly prefered.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for collaborating effectively with team members, parents, and other professionals.
• Previous experience handling confidential information responsibly aligns with the sensitive nature of student records and personal data.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
