About The Bunny Hive

The Bunny Hive is a boutique social club for babies, toddlers (ages 0–5), and their grownups. We offer curated "grownup & me" classes alongside beautiful community experiences in a warm, elevated setting.

Our Mountain View studio is seeking warm, energetic, and polished Teachers / Baby Activity Coordinators

to bring our signature classes and social activities to life. This is an exceptional fit for an energetic, creative candidate who thrives when connecting with families and leading young children through playful learning. No formal teaching credential is required—paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will facilitate play-based experiences and serve as an essential ambassador for our brand:

  • Class Facilitation:

Lead our rotating schedule of "grownup & me" classes—including music, art, sensory play, ballet, culinary exploration, baby massage, preschool prep, and more—with high energy, poise, and warmth.

  • Client Hospitality:

Greet families, assist with check-in/check-out, answer client inquiries, and maintain an inviting atmosphere in every interaction.

  • Studio Operations & Prep:

Answer phones, maintain facilities, set up and reset studio spaces between classes (cleaning, sanitizing, organizing props, prepping custom activity materials, and managing studio supplies).

  • Events & Celebrations:

Support all processes related to private events. Lead day-of execution of parties, weekend gatherings, and special community pop-ups.

  • Community Engagement:

Respond to DMs, texts, and lead inquiries; assist with creating social media content (stories, reels, photos) during downtime to build local brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Engaging Personality:

Warm, bubbly, and outgoing style with a natural ability to connect with young children and parents alike.

  • Group Leadership:

Confidence in holding a room’s attention and leading activities in a fun, high-energy, and welcoming manner.

  • Professional Reliability:

Highly organized, punctual, proactive, and committed to maintaining elevated studio standards.

  • Schedule Availability:

Reliable weekend availability is required to support classes and events.

  • Physical Readiness:

Ability to lift and move light equipment, tables, props, and class materials as needed.

Desired & Preferred Qualifications

  • Childhood Experience:

Prior experience working with infants and toddlers (e.g., nannying, teaching, babysitting, early childhood enrichment).

  • Arts & Performance Background:

Background in theater, dance, music, performing arts, or child enrichment programming.

  • Community Connections:

Familiarity with the Mountain View or broader Peninsula/South Bay parenting community.

  • Social Media Skills:

Interest or experience in digital marketing, social media content creation (Instagram reels, trends), and visual storytelling.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate:

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

  • Flexible Scheduling:

10 to 40 hours per week with options for part-time or full-time schedules.

  • Paid Professional Training:

Comprehensive onboarding and structured, paid activity training provided.

  • Perks & Discounts:

Complimentary studio memberships for your family and exclusive retail discounts.

Location:

In-person role at our Mountain View studio (450 San Antonio Road).
