What You'll Do

Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating a positive and healthy environment for children to learn and grow
• Developing engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms
• Staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
• Effective communication with parents and family members
• Collaborating with colleagues to promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere
• Designing lessons that meet curriculum guidelines and engage children

Requirements

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a degree with 12 child related credits, CDA, or Teaching Certificate
• Hold a High school diploma
• pass all background checks as required by the state
• Experience working with young children
• Have a passion for educating young minds

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility for at least six months
• A 'can-do' attitude with a passion for learning and growth
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and personalities
• A willingness to learn and grow within the company
