Full-Time Science & Math Teacher (Primary level) 1 position
Part-Time Bahasa Malaysia Teacher (Primary & Secondary level) 1 position

Location:          Impact Academy, Taman Ampang Hilir, Ampang. 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.

· Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.

· A passion for working with learners and making lessons enjoyable.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience in teaching role.

· Familiarity with the school’s curriculum and instructional methods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning and Instruction:

· Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.

· Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students as per the lesson plans.

· Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.

2. Test Paper Preparation and Assessment:

· Design and prepare test papers and assessments to evaluate student understanding and performance.

· Grade tests and assignments in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback.

· Maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress.

3. Classroom Management:

· Create a supportive and respectful classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.

· Implement effective classroom management strategies to address behavioural issues.

4. Student Support:

· Provide additional support to students who need help with their studies.

· Build positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement.

5. Administrative Duties:

· Maintain accurate records of student grades and behaviour.

· Complete and submit necessary reports and documentation as required.

6. Teacher Training Sessions:

· Compulsory for full time teachers, training sessions held every other Friday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm or any other time as requested by the Management. Optional for part-time teachers.

· Apply insights from training to improve classroom instruction and student outcomes.

7. Professional Development:

· Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices, even when not participating in optional training sessions.
