Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages positive behavior management.
• Educate children on various subjects while incorporating hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in accordance with early childhood development standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Implement early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support.
• Utilize Montessori methods or similar approaches to encourage independent learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with other educators to create an integrated curriculum that supports childhood development.

Requirements

• A degree in Secondary Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of child welfare, toddler care, and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of early intervention practices to support children's individual needs.
• Familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus but not mandatory.
• A passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their development.
