Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear expectations
• Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing and formative assessments to inform instruction
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's educational journey and welfare
• Deliver lessons in core subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and other areas of early childhood development

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members
• Valid certification or licensure in early childhood education or related fields preferred
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and promote inclusive learning environments
