Duties

• Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating educational technology and instructional modifications to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and assessment methods to enhance instructional quality
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide progress updates, discuss concerns, and foster strong home-school partnerships
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, behavior management techniques for students with special needs, and classroom organization
• Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations to tailor instruction accordingly
