Early Childhood Educator

Education Requirements

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to suit the interests and learning styles of children.
• Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Provide appropriate tools and resources to support children's learning and exploration through play.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers to create a supportive learning environment.
• Manage daily classroom activities, including lessons, playtime, meals, and rest periods.
• Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Prepare and present quarterly progress reports to parents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
• Encourage positive social interactions and the development of children's social skills.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children through appropriate supervision at all times.
• Manage classroom inventory and ensure adequate supplies and learning materials are available.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Additional Advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (Shift Basis)

• AM Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• PM Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
