教师 Teacher（全职或兼职）

Key responsibilities:

• Teach students according to the centre’s syllabus and learning plans.
• Guide students to complete daily homework and improve their learning habits.
• Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, homework, handouts, quizzes, tests and examination papers.
• Mark students’ work and provide clear feedback for improvement.
• Prepare student performance reports and maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students’ learning progress when required.
• Maintain a safe, secure, healthy and positive learning environment.
• Participate in centre activities, events, training and team-building programmes.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Centre Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma, Degree or teaching-related qualifications are an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required for teaching and student or parent communication.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu for daily coordination and reporting.
• Malaysian candidates and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; teaching, tuition-centre, childcare or homework-guidance experience is an advantage.
• Good attendance, punctuality and responsibility.
• Patient, caring and able to work positively with children.
• Able to work on selected weekdays, weekends or school holidays according to the centre’s schedule.

任职要求:

• 最低学历为SPM或同等资格；拥有文凭、学位或教育相关资格者优先。
• 必须具备华语沟通能力，用于教学以及与学生或家长沟通。
• 能够使用英语及马来语进行日常协调及报告工作。
