What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver High-Quality Teaching: Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective English lessons that support students’ learning, development, and overall success.
• Support Student Progress: Monitor students’ learning progress, participation, attendance, and development, and provide appropriate support based on their individual learning needs.
• Create an Engaging Learning Environment: Create a positive, fun, and supportive classroom environment where children feel comfortable, motivated, and encouraged to participate.
• Adapt Teaching Approaches: Adjust teaching methods, activities, and learning materials based on students’ abilities, learning styles, and progress.
• Build Parent Relationships: Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas for improvement, while building strong and trusting relationships.
• Participate in School Activities: Support and participate in events, workshops, consultations, and other school activities to enhance students’ learning experiences and contribute to the school community.
• Maintain Teaching Standards: Prepare lesson plans, assessments, student reports, and other teaching-related documentation while continuously improving teaching quality and classroom management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous teaching experience, preferably with children.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Education, English Literature, or a related field.
• Teaching Skills: Strong understanding of effective teaching methods and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Student-Centered Approach: Patient, caring, and able to understand and respond to different students’ learning needs and abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and fellow teachers.
• Classroom Management: Ability to maintain a positive, well-managed classroom and keep students actively engaged.
• English Proficiency: Good spoken and written English, with confidence in using English as the primary language of instruction.
