Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day activities.
- Ensure projects are executed as per defined requirements and timelines.
- Identify project-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections whenever required.
- Assist in technical planning, implementation, and execution of projects.
- Prepare basic technical reports, measurements, and project updates.
- Ensure proper coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
- Regularly update management on project progress and challenges.
- Travel to project locations as required.
Preferred candidate profile
A responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on professional who can effectively coordinate projects while also understanding and handling the technical aspects of project execution.
