Teacher - Electrotechnology

The Opportunity:

• Full-Time 1.0 EFT | Ongoing contract of employment
• TL $90,879 - $128,887 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• Moorabbin Campus – onsite parking with close proximity to public transport

Join Holmesglen's Electrical Department and help shape the next generation of electricians. Based at our Moorabbin campus, you'll deliver pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training in Certificate II and III Electrotechnology using modern facilities, industry-standard equipment and practical, hands-on teaching.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an electrician looking to move into training, we'll support you to make a real difference in the lives of future tradespeople.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver practical, industry-relevant training and assessment.
• Support students to develop the skills and confidence needed for the electrical industry.
• Develop learning resources and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with industry and employers.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or higher) and relevant industry experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain.
• Current industry licences/registrations where required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing your knowledge.
• A current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
