At The Reading Station (TRS), we are looking for a Teacher-in-Charge who can lead with heart, energy, and dedication. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our center—managing daily operations, teaching our young learners, and driving the growth of our close-knit student community! 👧👦

👉 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Center Growth: Actively build and expand our student enrollment numbers by welcoming inquiring parents and turning prospects into long-term TRS families.
• Nurture Client Relationships: Strengthen bonds with our existing clientele through exceptional communication, warmth, and consistent student updates.
• Inspire in the Classroom: Deliver high-energy, engaging, and effective reading sessions that make kids fall in love with learning.
• Manage Center Administration: Seamlessly handle day-to-day operations, schedule tracking, and administrative tasks to keep the center running flawlessly.

👉What We Are Looking For:

• An Absolute Love for Kids: You possess boundless patience, high energy, and a genuine joy for nurturing young mindsets.
• A Fun-Loving, Magnetic Personality: You are highly relatable, charismatic, and have a natural knack for building trust with both children and parents.
• Strong Leadership & Admin Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and classroom management abilities. You are organized, detail-oriented, and fully capable of handling center operations.
• Full-Time Commitment: Ready to step up as a key leader and grow with the TRS team long-term (we are currently not accepting part-time or working student applications).
• Willing to be Trained: Open to learning our teaching methods! No prior teaching experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training.

Other Details:

• Monthly Salary: ₱18,000.00
• Free Training: 2-week intensive training program at the TRS Main Branch (Tomas Morato, Quezon City, Metro Manila).
