Teacher Support (ESL)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily teacher performance
• Provide coaching and feedback to help teachers improve their performance
• Conduct training and development sessions based on identified needs
• Monitor and manage teacher performance data and reports
• Identify performance concerns and provide appropriate support or action plans
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address teacher concerns and support teacher needs

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree; Education graduates are an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Data-driven and comfortable managing data
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
