Teacher's Aide

Responsibilities: 8:20-1:35

• Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development.

• Provide support to children with special needs.

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.

• Collaborate with the teacher to create engaging and interactive learning activities.

• Assist with individual or small group instruction as needed.

• Help supervise students during gym, music, lunch, and other activities.

• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and teachers.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
