📖 Job Description (Applicable to All Roles)

As a member of our teaching faculty, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the IGCSE / Finnish / Cambridge curriculum.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess progress, mark work promptly, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and submit both long- and short-term lesson plans.
• Create a positive, structured, and tidy learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents through reports and meetings.
• Maintain discipline aligned with school policies.
• Supervise students during non-classroom times as assigned.
• Actively participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Uphold the school’s vision and values inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and school leadership.

✅ Requirements

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Education.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong understanding of the IGCSE curriculum, Finnish Curriculum (where applicable).
• Strong classroom presence with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and passionate about continuous improvement.
