A growing charter school in Palmetto, Florida is seeking a highly effective and passionate elementary, Instructional Coach and Media Teachers who are committed to academic excellence and student success. The ideal candidate is an engaging educator who can build strong relationships with students and families while creating a challenging, supportive, and positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in all core subject areas.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom culture that promotes academic achievement and character development.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments and use data to drive instruction.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate student progress with parents and school leadership.
• Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into daily instruction.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Maintain effective classroom management that encourages student responsibility and respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Florida Educator Certificate or Statement of Eligibility in Elementary Education.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for helping elementary students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Previous elementary teaching experience is preferred.
