Teaching Assistant

Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our teachers and students in creating engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom instruction and daily learning activities.
• Support students individually or in small groups.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and student supervision.
• Prepare learning materials, classroom displays, and teaching resources.
• Support administrative tasks such as organizing materials and record keeping.
• Supervise students during break times, school activities, and field trips.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
• Follow school safeguarding and child protection policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Patient, empathetic, and flexible in supporting a range of student abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn.
