Teaching Assistant (Project Hire for Unilab Education)

The Teaching Assistant acts as the operational backbone of the classroom. This role oversees LMS management, daily attendance, instructional assets, and active student guidance and teacher/lecturer support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Experience in program coordination, training operations, or LMS-based learning environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of training programs across all phases (onboarding, delivery, completion)
• Track completion of modules, assessments, and program requirements
• Respond to learner inquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Oversee LMS-related activities
• Ensure learners meet program requirements prior to completion

Contract Details:

• Type: Contractual / project-based
• Duration: 6 months
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
